My parents came in today for an eye growth removal surgery and teeth treatment for our dog that was scheduled a few weeks ago. Yesterday, on Wednesday, we had our dog's blood work done; today was surgery day.

Update: we have been assured the costs will remain at the same price point of the initial assessment. Still no date for treatment, but we are looking forward. It is an honest mistake, but disappointing.

They didn't schedule the specialist for the eye treatment.

Now my parents have been told that the vet's are re-assessing their ability to do the eye surgery, even with a specialist, and also tried to talk them into treating and removing their teeth alone, which would mean more time in surgery and under anesthetic, be more expensive, and we still wouldn't know what kind of growth she has on her eye. It doesn't make a lot of sense to have her teeth treated and pulled to find out she has a dangerous tumor on/in/behind her eye or elsewhere. Her teeth are not the urgent problem.

They are on the pricier side but as far as I’m concerned it’s worth the level of care they provide. And in my honest opinion, they care about the animals well being before the money.

We now do not have a date for treatment. They know that we have lost other pets to cancer and to cancer treatment. This is very frustrating for our family. They have been with our family for a long time, particularly Dr. Sutherland and the now retired Dr. Baker.

Great clinic! The staff is always so friendly and informative. We always see Dr. Birss, she is great with the animals. She gets on the floor to play with them and is always putting the animal first.

The staff are amazing. Our 13 yr old black lab was diagnosed with Diabetes last year and Dr Grant has been there every step of the way!! They are professional, kind and caring!! Take your fur babies to these amazing vets.

I wouldn't take my furbabies anywhere else. This has been our vet clinic for over 13 years. Highly recommended.
