  I literally walked through the entire appliance section. I found 4 bar fridges and one of which could have possibly been used to break a few bottles of wine. The models they carried in the store were made by Danby. Such a cheap model the shelves didn't look like they would hold a bottle let alone 4 or five.

  The next morning, I start calling the store right at opening. I called for half-an-hour, letting the phone ring until it hung up on me, and finally someone answers.

  Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the fridges we were looking at. Delivery people were nice and courteous.

  As long as your not in a hurry then your good to go. They said they will deliver in morning but didn't show up till late after. Is ok had nothing else to do. That was on top of a floating delivery date. I wouldn't of minded being late if they had of at least told me so.

  Asked for a full refund. My first time ordering something this big, and from this place, and I never will again. The only good thing about my experience with The Brick were the two girls I spoke to on the phone.

  I ordered a mattress online. Everything went through fine; get to the delivery date. Mattress doesn't show up. No phone call from these people, no email, nothing. I called the night of the delivery until the store closed. No answer.

  I needed a couch quickly, and luckily they had a nice one available for immediate delivery. I love the quality of this couch- nice material, elegant, and the delivery went smoothly with a call 1 hour before.
