  I ordered an item on-line and when it was delivered, I called the store and was told I could use my 20 o/o discount coupon that I had received in the mail by coming into the store. Saved almost $50. Their coupons are the best anywhere as is their customer service!

  Everything is beautiful! The atmosphere and merchandise set up is very appealing. Love shopping there when I have lots of money to spend or just to browse.

  Yet again, I had to return a drawer I ordered online few weeks ago - still because of the same issue: damaged parts. Most probably, it's the delivery service (FedeX) that is to blame. But I'm fed up now - I was waiting for this drawer over a month so I have enough wasting my time returnig/exchanging it over and over again. Moreover, the store manager seemed totally uninterested in solving this issue. One of the ladies at the return & exchange counter called her to ask if there was maybe an option to pick up the item directly from the store (thus, avoiding damaging it by FedeX). She just ironically smiled, said no, briefly explained why (still with noticeable irony in her voice) and then I saw her going out of the store with other store employees laughing out loud. Very unpleasant experience!

  They accepted my substandard coupons. That was a win. Need more price scanners. Also great selection of turkey bags.
