Visited this store to buy some parts and to rent a bike. These folks are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The store is well stocked and I was able to get most of the stuff I wanted. They took plenty of extra effort to make sure I was comfortable with the rental bike with attention to various little details. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

The staff are all riders, they know bikes and can advise you regardless of your level of expertise.

Much prefer to deal with the bike shop in south Ajax or the shop that one of the previous owners has opened, more personlized service.

I bought myself a Norco XF5. You should really consider listening to the girl who works here, she seems like a knowledgeable person, she'll help you get what suits your needs. Prices are good and it all boils down to the brand you prefer. They throw in a free 3 year maintenance plan. It's a sweet little Bike shop. Please do consider. I liked my experience.

If you want to get serious about riding, buy your bike from a dedicated cycle shop, not Canadian Tire, not SportChek.

Good enough selection with nice staff, but not the best shop around. The lifetime tune up is a joke, it should be advertised at lifetime derailer alignment because that's the only thing they've ever done on the 4-5 times I've brought it in.

If your new bike costs more than a certain amount (it was $800.00 a few years ago) then Impala provides lifetime maintenance (on service, but not on parts).

I have bought 2 new bikes in my lifetime... Both from Impala.

If you are buying a new bike they will size it properly for your build and let you take it on a nice long ride in the area (as long as you don't damage it, the ride does not obligate you).

They are hit and miss with help and knowledge. I was looking to buy a Specialized FSR 27.5, showed them another shops website selling the same bike $500 cheaper asked if they would match the price, got the big NO.

All bike shops offer free lifetime maintenance on their bikes, it’s built into the price.
