  Amazing customer service from John and Christian. I bought a twin side by side stroller from England, moved back to Canada and the brake mechanism bent. Being a mum of twin boys.... I needed that brake to work. As I travel by public transportation. I sent an email to every bike store around Durham Region. I got some replies back. John at Bicycles Plus made a big impression on me. He even searched my stroller type on the Internet. He gave me no promises. I brought stroller in and Christian bent the brake bar back into correct position and clean it all up.

  I have a modest priced bike that most serious cyclists would turn up their nose at, but I felt like these guys treated it like their own when they worked on it. Thorough and solid service.

  I just started biking this year. The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the customer and the customer's needs. They helped me a lot with my older bike and equipment needs, and now I bought a new Trek from them and love it. Their prices are good, including the service fees, and they don't nickel and dime you. I'm glad this is my local bike shop.
