  This is basically a mini-show room. Here you can see fewer things than in the big store. You can find sofas, some beds, towels, bed-lines, pillows and pillow covers, a few frames, a few home accents. You can buy directly things that you can find on the marketplace at the big store and also they can help you place your on-line orders. You can also buy your things online and send it to that store. The only reason I give 4 stars is that the shipping cost is $20 and is the same amount you would pay if they send it to your house, so I don't see the advantage point to send it to the store due most of the stores offer free shipping if you pick it up at the store. However is a nice place to have a vision if you are doing your shopping online.

  More than just pick-up! They also have a small showroom with items on display for kitchen & bathroom renovations as well as some of the more popular styles of furniture that can be ordered. Some small items (like throw pillows) available for purchase.

  Customer service associate at courtesy desk was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a missing screw on a bed that I purchased. She asked me why I needed the screws and I told her that the screw was missing. She said “so you’re telling me that you bought a brand new bed in a brand new package and the screw was missing”? I said yes she repeated the question again and I said I already said yes why do you keep asking? She said well because some times customers open the beds and reassemble them. When they lose the screws they come and ask us for more so I just want to make sure. She then pointed toward the section and opened the cabinet where all parts were. She said you can look for whatever you’re looking for and if you can’t find it let us know and we’ll place an order for you. And then she walked away. She did not help me look for the missing part. It was my first time going to that location and my last time.

  But there is a small gallery here and i love it! The collection changes all the time so it gives you a good idea.

  Great if you are buying something from Ikea but don't want to have to drive to the main store. You can still come here to see some furniture as well as kitchen setups. They also have the computers so you can design your kitchen. As a bonus, they sell their famous meatballs frozen as well as the gravy mix that you can buy and make at home.

  I wish it was a full location though, since i hate driving out to north york just to pick up a couple of things.
